The form tutor is one of the most important contacts for you in the first instance when you have queries about your child. We recommend you contact the tutor by email and they will help to answer your question.

Please email us at enquiries@ous.e-act.org.uk and add "for the attention of the form tutor" (including the form tutor's name if known).
