The form tutor is one of the most important contacts for you in the first instance whenever you have queries about your child.   We recommend you contact the tutor by email and they will help to answer your question.   Email addresses are in the format firstname.surname@ousedale.org.uk (please make sure you use a dot between the first name and the surname)
