CLERK TO THE GOVERNORS

Actual Salary:  £11,902.99 (OA5)
Hours:             25 hours per week – 9.30 am to 2.30pm
Contract:         Term-time only
Location:         Newport Pagnell Campus

This role will involve providing admin and secretarial support to the governing body and will include attending meetings.  Governors’ meetings take place outside school hours and this time will be reimbursed.  Training and support will be available.

We are also looking to appoint two Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) roles, Numeracy and PILC.  We would consider appointing someone who is prepared to follow a training course to achieve HLTA.

HLTA NUMERACY

Actual Salary:  Qualified:         £14,955.73   (OA 6)
                        Unqualified      £11,964.21 (OA 4)
Hours:             28.35 hours week - 8:45am to 3:05pm (50 minute break unpaid)
Contract:         Term time + 2 days   
Location:         Olney campus

This role will require you to work collaboratively with teaching staff and teaching assistants to provide support to individual students / small groups.

HLTA – Personalised and Inclusive Learning Centre (PILC)

Actual Salary:  Qualified:         £16,330.43   (OA 6)
                        Unqualified      £13,063.94   (OA 4)
Hours:             31¼ hours per week - 8:30am – 3:15pm (Monday-Friday, ½ hour lunch break)
Contract:         Term time only
Location:         Olney campus

This role will involve working collaboratively with teaching staff and teaching assistants to provide personalised learning courses and work related skills to support and develop small groups of students who may have been absent from school or excluded.
