Hours of work: 34¼ hours per week: 8.30 am-4.00 pm, Monday to Thursday; 8.30 am until 3.15 pm Friday
(Half an hour lunch break)
Contract: Term-time only
Location: Olney Campus - the post holder will be required to work on, and travel to, either of the school’s campuses
Key duties will include the maintenance and development of the Olney Campus’ library as a high quality learning resource centre for both students and staff; carrying out routine clerical duties e.g. filing, shelving and circulation systems as required.
This role will also include working alongside the English Department to support reading and literacy lessons for Year 7 – 9 students, assisting with class supervision as the need arises.

STUDENT MENTOR & FAMILY LIAISON OFFICER

Hours: 35 hours: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm (½ lunch)
Contract: Term time only
Location: Newport Pagnell campus
The successful applicant will act as a ‘parent ambassador’ and lead communication between the school and the wider community, developing community cohesion. This includes working with students, parents and staff from diverse cultural, religious, linguistic and deprived backgrounds, improving social and learning relationships across members of the school community. The dual aspect of this role aims to ensure that the inclusion, well-being and educational outcomes of students are improved and vulnerable communities are helped to integrate in both school and the local community.
