Associate Staff (non-teaching) posts :

Librarian responsible for the Olney Campus Library/Cover Supervisor

Actual Salary: £12,891.51

Location: Olney Campus

Hours: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm (3.15pm Fridays), 34¼ hours per week (term time only)

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and promoting the use of the library;
• Supervising classes in the absence of their timetabled teacher;
• Carrying out administrative tasks;
• Supervising after-school homework club.

Successful candidates will be given a detailed training programme before they undertake their responsibilities in full.

Assistant Canteen Supervisor

Actual Salary: £7,548.41 (MK2)

Location: Newport Pagnell Campus

Hours: 9.00 am – 2.30 pm Monday – Friday (26¼ hours per week – term time plus 5 days)

We require, as soon as possible, an Assistant Canteen Supervisor who will be second in charge of the lower school canteen at our Newport Pagnell Campus. We offer a friendly working environment where associate staff and teaching staff work together to enhance the educational experience of all children.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Canteen Manager with the day-to-day running of the lower school canteen;
• Preparing and cooking wholesome and nutritious meals to the lower school canteen meeting current nutritional guidelines;
• It is expected you will hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate and ideally a catering qualification.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.  An enhanced CRB will be required.
