Principles of Criminal Liability

As an introduction to Criminal Law students will need to begin to break down the elements of a crime.  Considering the latin phrases to describe the 'guilty act' and the 'guilty mind'. This will be the first opportunity for students to get excited about cases which contain murder, deception and betrayal.

b) Mens Rea

c) Strict Liability

Assessment:
