Legal Aid & Advice
In this topic you will be looking at what is involved in seeking and gaining legal advice. This will include identifiying those agencies that are available to offer free advice. Additonally there wil be some work on the schemes that accommodate those who are unable to afford legal assistance when taking a matter to court. Both criminally and civilly.
